Cosmetic Pouch

Here is my favorite cosmetic pouch. It has more than enough room inside for all my cosmetics, perfume etc. I bought the fabric as a remnant and it only cost me $1. What a bargain! Its only half a metre though, but it's enough to make about 3 pouches. I matched it with some purple polka dot fabric which I already had.

On the same day that I made this pouch I found out it was one of my friend's birthday. So I decided to give away my lovely pouch. Lucky (for her) I checked my Facebook :) Hopefully she liked it. I got a thank you from her a little while ago.
I love making a something special for a friend.. again it's not a big brand product with a price tag to match, but good ol' handmade stuff. Made right here in Australia by EliT craft!!. Hopefully one day people will recognize  my brand and compare it to Cotton On (at least) haha... *day dreaming

Well, no more spending hours to make lined pouches as I really figured it out the best method with or without zipper...yay.

By the way, I will be accepting orders for custom made lined pouches, cushion covers, bags, bibs, nursing aprons (I will upload some pictures soon) or anything else that involves sewing. Don't forget to visit my store too !
